摘要
•Fabrication of uniform, crack-free p-type Bi2Te3 films using a fast, cost-effective, EPD method for TE applications.•The microstructures of the surface and thickness of the green and sintered films have been investigated using SEM.•An in-plane Seebeck coefficient of 237 μV/K has been recorded for the sintered film at 500 K.
