Severe primary graft dysfunction (PGD) is the leading cause of early mortality in heart transplant . Our aim is to examine the outcome of heart transplant recipients who received veno-arterial extracorporeal membrane oxygenation (VA-ECMO) support for severe (PGD) following cardiac transplantation.
