摘要
Flexible transparent conductive Au/polythiophene/cellulose sheets were first processed at room temperature and systematically studied. Sheet resistance as low as similar to 11 Omega was achieved, and there was a negligible change in sheet resistance before and after bending. An optimum FOM (figure of merit) value dependent on conductivity and transmittance was obtained. Au/polythiophene/cellulose samples with gold (Au) sputtered 100 s had 92 times higher FOM value in comparison with the samples deposited on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) under same conditions. These results indicated that an eco-friendly and biodegradable natural cellulose synthesized in this study could be a good candidate as a flexible substrate of transparent electrodes.
