摘要

•A generalized method was proposed to retrieve FPAR for different sensors.•FPAR can be estimated from multiband reflectance using TOA and BOA models.•FPAR estimate from different sensors had a difference lower than 0.015.•The new method can be available for sensors with visible and NIR bands.
