Characteristics Study on Promoting Plant Growth Activity of Plant Growth Promoting Rhizobacteria Fertilizers Containing Nano-Attapulgite

In our previous research, a total of 14 strains were separated from the roots of Vitis vinifera and identified by the 16S rRNA gene amplification with the abilities of IAA secretion and phosphate dissolving. For investigating the functions of these endophytes further, the concentrations of the IAA secretion and phosphorus dissolving were detected by the Salkowski colorimetry and Molybdenum blue colorimetry, respectively. Then the strain XZ11 belonging to the genus Agrobacterium and the strain XA034 belonging to the genus Bacillus were available for the microbial preparations. The preparations of microbes (XZ11:XA034= 3:1) mixed with nano-attapulgite (nano-attapulgite:carboxy methyl cellulose = 17:3) in the pot experiment cultivated Brassica napus showed the best bioactivity of promoting growth of rapeseeds and improvement on the concentrations of the dissolving phosphorus in the matrix. The results verified that these two bacteria obtained from the roots of Vitis vinifera could be applied as potential microbial fertilizer agents to promote the growth of plants.
