摘要
This is the first single-institution study to report oncological outcomes of robot-assisted partial nephrectomy (RAPN) in a consistent population after minimum follow-up of 5 yr. The results confirm excellent long-term cancer control in a selected cohort of patients with renal cell carcinoma. Further data on the oncological safety of RAPN in a population with tumors of greater complexity and longer follow-up are still needed. Renal function is stable after the initial postoperative deterioration.
