摘要

Background: His-bundle pacing (HBP) has been introduced as a more physiological method of ventricular pacing. The Medtronic SelectSecure lead is currently used as the only lead capable of HBP. The pacing threshold at the time of implantation is relatively high for HBP. Despite being used for atrial and ventricular pacing for more than a decade, the long-term performance of this lead has not been reported.
