摘要

•This paper presents a nonlinear model predictive control for oscillation damping.•The novel strategy preserves the nonlinearities of the HVDC-AC system.•An ensemble Kalman filter makes state estimation more efficient and accurate.•Extensive results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed damping strategy.
