Review of Research on Security Monitoring Index System of Open Source Software

With the development of computer technology and the rapid rise of Internet companies, open source software has matured in operating system, database, Web server, mobile operating system and so on. Open source software not only enjoys our convenience, but brings us great security risks. Scholars at home and abroad have done a lot of research on the security evaluation of open source software, and achieved gratifying results. This paper first introduces the development process of open source software, and then evaluates its security in terms of quality, maturity, vulnerability and reliability. a new and practical index system of open source software security monitoring is proposed.
