Su1167 Long Term Clinical Outcomes of Endoscopic Resection for Non-Ampullary Duodenal Epithelial Tumor

Non-ampullary duodenal epithelial tumors (NADETs) are rare, and the overall risk of malignancy is far lower compared with epithelial tumors of other gastrointestinal tract. Recently, endoscopic resection (ER) for NADETs has proposed as an alternative treatment option with good outcomes in case series, instead of traditional treatment strategies including radical surgical excision. We aimed to analyze the clinical outcomes of ER for NADETs and to find the factors influencing on complete resection of NADETs.
