摘要
•803 primary care patients with CHD were followed-up every 6months for 3years.•Latent class growth analysis determined depression and anxiety symptom trajectories.•Stable low, chronic high, worsening, improving, and fluctuating groups were found.•Chronic high group associated with poorer quality of life, increased costs.•Trajectories only variable significantly associated to higher health-care costs.
