Maximising the value of research on ecosystem services: Knowledge integration and guidance tools mediating the science, policy and practice interfaces

•Scientific evidence on Ecosystem Services (ES) is fragmented and not accesible.•We present a set of guidance tools which integrate ES knowledge and assist users.•The tools were co-designed and co=produced with end-users, this fit for purpose.•The tools have been integrated in the Oppla web knowledge platform.•We discuss the role of the tools in mediating science-policy-practice interfaces.
