Rapid recurrence of CVID related cholangiopathy and poor outcomes following liver transplantation.

A 32-year-old female with CVID was referred to our centre in 2017 for investigation of jaundice. She was diagnosed with CVID in 2009 following a presentation with empyema. She commenced intravenous immunoglobulin. Her course was uncomplicated with the exception of infrequent lower respiratory tract infections managed by her general practitioner.
