•Unruptured intracranial aneurysms(UIAs) can coexist in patients with spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage(ICH).•Hemorrhagic complications and other poor outcome occurred after local thrombolysis for the ICH patients haboring UIAs.•Insignificant association was found between UIAs and the poor outcome of ICH patients treated with local thrombolysis.
