•There are some cases of PFAS in mountain cedar pollen hypersensitivity.•Our results indicate that IgE directed to mountain cedar pollen is cross-reacting to fruits.•The causative allergens of tomato PFAS among mountain cedar hypersensitivity are Jun a 2 and PG2 A.•Sensitivity to tomato, banana and apple should be considered in cedar-sensitive patients.
