摘要
Tetragonal t-YVO4, t-GdVO4 and monoclinic m-LaVO4 are widely known as host-matrix materials for Ln(3+)-lasant ions in high-gain SRS-active crystals. In this study, many phonon impulsive stimulated Raman scattering (ISRS) was excited under femtosecond pumping for these materials. All of the observed chi((3))-non-linear lasing components were attributed to the vibrations of the [VO4](3-) structural units of these vanadates. The article gives a short review (in table form) of all known SRS-active crystals with tetragonal zircon-type (ZrSiO4) and monazite-type (CePO4) structure and their observed chi((3))-nonlinear optical effects.
