摘要
The surgical technique used in orthotopic heart transplantation (OHT) can lead to supraventricular arrhythmias (SVA). Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is the standard treatment. It is essential to know the new anatomy to understand the genesis of SVA and decide the correct approach. PURPOSE: To analyze the surgical technique used in OHT, its association with SVA at follow-up and evaluate the results of RFA, the clinical features and outcomes of OHT patients (p) with SVA undergoing RFA.
