Fabrication of BiVO4/RGO/Ag3PO4 ternary composite photocatalysts with enhanced photocatalytic performance

摘要
•The surface of BiVO4 is modified by KH550 for the closer contact with RGO.•Ag3PO4 is deposited on the surface of BiVO4/RGO by electrostatic self-assembling.•BiVO4/RGO/Ag3PO4 shows enhanced photocatalytic activity under visible light.•The contact of BiVO4, Ag3PO4 and RGO promotes migration of photoinduced carriers.•BiVO4/RGO/Ag3PO4 composite possesses better photo-stability than bare Ag3PO4.
