Interaction of noscapine with human serum albumin (HSA): a spectroscopic and molecular modeling approach

The interaction of anticancer Noscapine hydrochloride (Nos) with human serum albumin has been studied by spectroscopic techniques and molecular docking. Information including binding and thermodynamic parameters, types of interactions, distance between donor and acceptor with energy transfer and drug binding site on HSA were determined.
