The influence of centrifugation and incubation temperatures on various veterinary and human chlamydial species
Veterinary Microbiology(2019)
摘要
•All investigated animal and human chlamydial species remain viable but show a reduction of infectivity and average inclusion size at 28 °C compared to 37 °C.•C. poikilothermis isolated from snakes grows better at 28 °C compared to all other strains investigated in this study.•The chlamydial stress response is not induced at 28 °C.•C. psittaci has a fast developmental cycle.
