摘要
•In pig ventricular myocytes, both PDE3 and PDE4 hydrolyze cAMP.•PDE4 inhibition produces inotropic effects and is pro-arrhythmic.•PDE3A, PDE4A, PDE4B, PDE4D expression is conserved in mouse, pig and human heart.•These conclusions also apply in a porcine model of right ventricular failure.
