摘要

•Decision-making (DM) in well-studied DM domains is impaired in persons with MS.•Impaired DM is assumed to worsen the quality of life and neuropsychiatric symptoms.•Using a novel DM paradigm, we found that also perceptual DM is impaired in MS.•Neural mechanisms of perceptual DM are linked to depression and fatigue.•Neurobehavioral deficits in perceptual DM appear to be clinically relevant for MS.
