Attosecond Relative Timing Jitter Between Optical Pulses And Rising Edges Of Photocurrent Pulses

We characterize relative timing jitter between optical pulses and photocurrent pulses with 300-attosecond resolution. We found that excess timing jitter at the rising edge can show ultra-low similar to 400-attosecond-level jitter for both p-i-n and MUTC photodiodes. (c) 2019 The Author(s)
