103. Dopaminergic Decline, Psychomotor Slowing, and Late Life Depression
BIOLOGICAL PSYCHIATRY(2019)
摘要
Decreased processing and gait speed are common in late life depression (LLD), explain much of the disability associated with LLD, and predict antidepressant non-response. Since progressive age-related reductions in dopamine levels may contribute to slowing, our goal was to evaluate dopamine augmentation as a novel therapeutic strategy for LLD.
