Automatic spondylolisthesis grading from MRIs across modalities using faster adversarial recognition network.

•For the first time, we proposed FAR network that integrates vertebrae detection and spondylolisthesis grading into a multi-task network.•We provide a path for gradient back-propagation through box coordinates by introducing hybrid supervision theme to two-stage detection network.•We leverage the high-order relationships of bounding box coordinates by combining adversarial module with the multi-task recognition network.
