Dynamic multi-client searchable symmetric encryption with support for boolean queries.

•A multi-client searchable symmetric encryption (DMSSE) scheme is proposed to achieve authorized boolean queries in a non-interactive and dynamic way.•After authorization, the client can perform queries on their own without the help of the data owner in DMSSE.•The data owner can update a client’s search permission without affecting other clients in DMSSE.•The DMSSE scheme can be used to achieve secure searches over a large-scale encrypted database.
