摘要
Engineered TiO(2)NPs applications are very impressive and focused on multiple areas such as paint, catalysis, storage, sensors etc. but in biomedical field it has limited information available regarding to work. To keep this view, the present work was designed to synthesize TiO(2)NPs via hydrothermal process and to examine their anticancer efficacy against cancer cells of C2C12 cells. The X-ray diffraction pattern (XRD) was utilized to know the size (similar to 25 nm) of grown NPs with crystalline property, whereas the morphology elucidated through field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The cancer cells were grown in DMEM and % cell death of C2C12 cells were counted via MTT and confocal microscopy at different doses (NPs). The reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR) study justified the MTT ([3-4,5-dimethylthiazol-2-yl)-2,5-diphenyltetrazo-lium bromide]) data and also authenticates the chemical and cytological evaluation via bio statistical analytical studies with statistical parameters, which was reliable, suitable and more convenient for significantly explain nanomaterial biospecies interaction at standardizing level.
