摘要
In the boiler system, the combustion process and heat transfer process in the furnace are the two most critical steps. Increasing combustion efficiency and heat transfer efficiency is conducive to energy saving and consumption reduction, increasing the economic benefits of coal fired power stations, and having a greater impact on the operational economics of boiler equipment. The thermal efficiency of the boiler, the ratio of the effective fuel heat input to the furnace and the effective heat output, is a sign of the economics of combustion and heat transfer. According to China's power industry standards (DL/T 904-2015), the main impact modules of coal fired power plants are boilers, steam turbines and auxiliary engines. The corresponding power plant systems are divided into boiler modules, turbine modules and auxiliary modules. Based on the operational data modeling, this paper calculates the key performance indicators of these three modules to achieve module performance monitoring. Providing optimization and improvement direction and judgment basis for energy saving and economic operation of coal fired power stations.
