摘要

•The Fe3O4@PEI@TBA NPs were designed and synthetized.•The Fe3O4@PEI@TBA NPs, UHPLC-MS, and data postprocessing library were combined.•It was applied to enrich ginsenosides from rat plasma.•It was operated under neutral environment without protein precipitation.•63 ginsenosides were identified, 26 compounds more than methanol method.
