摘要

The primary objective of this pharmacokinetic (PK) study was to evaluate the primary PK of amphetamine extended-release oral suspension (AMPH EROS) in preschool-age children (ages 4–5 years) after a single dose of 2.5 mg/mL. The data from the present study are intended to guide appropriate dosing for future safety and efficacy studies with AMPH EROS in the preschool-aged patient population (ages 4–5 years).
