摘要

•A series of ursolic acid 3β-ester derivatives were synthesized and evaluated for the CETP inhibiting activities.•Compound U12 exhibited the most active with the IC50 value of 2.4 μM.•Molecular docking studies were carried out to investigate the binding mode of these compounds to CETP.
