Whole-rock geochemical and zircon Hf–O isotopic constraints on the origin of granitoids and their mafic enclaves from the Triassic Mishuling pluton in West Qinling, central China

•Triassic granites and hosted MMEs in West Qinling show similar Sr-Nd-Hf-O isotopes.•Partial melting of a common source at different temperatures is responsible for the compositional diversity of granitoids.•Melting temperatures play an important role in dictating the granitoid compositions.•The MMEs formed by mixing of crustal-derived magmas.
