摘要

•Seven flavonoid dimers were isolated from Chinese dragon′s blood.•The absolute configurations of 4 was established by X-ray diffraction.•Compounds 2, 6, 7 exhibited moderate PTP1B inhibitory activities.•Compound 1 showed moderate neuroprotective effect on PC12 cell.
