An Improved Method with High Anti-interference Ability for R Peak Detection in Wearable Devices

•A method is proposed with high anti-interference ability for R peak detection in wearable devices.•The proposed method is good enough for all data in MIT-BIH Arrhythmia Database.•The proposed method can suppress noise given in MIT-BIH Noise Stress Test Database.•The proposed method is feasible for wearable devices even at running state.
