MAMMO-50: Mammographic Surveillance in Breast Cancer Patients over 50 Years of Age

Background: There is a lack of evidence or consensus amongst surgeons on optimum frequency or duration of follow-up including mammography for breast cancer patients aged 50 years and older at diagnosis. Mammo-50 aims to provide sound cost-benefit evidence whilst investigating alternative methods of follow-up.
