Leucettamine B analogs and their carborane derivative as potential anti-cancer agents: Design, synthesis, and biological evaluation.

•A series of leucettamine B analogs are quickly synthesized by microwave-assisted heating.•Two of our synthesized compounds show the potent inhibition of various cancer cell lines.•One of our synthesized compounds is predicted to relate with several protein targets such as CLK1, CLK3, IKKB and DYRK2.
