摘要

•Environmental staphylococci from two swine farms with different production types were studied.•CoNS carrying the cfr gene were detected in air samples of an intensive swine farm.•Both mecA-MRSA-CC398 and MSSA-CC398 were identified.•The virulence factor PVL was detected in S. simulans and eta in S. cohnii.
