摘要

Kidney transplantation from living-related donors (LRD) is the best alternative to dialysis, and offers better life quality for the receivers. The long-term renal evolution of living donors after nephrectomy is gaining an increased interest among authors. The main objective of our study is to evaluate the prevalence of chronic kidney disease (CKD) and hypertension, and their risk factors for living kidney donors in our transplantation unit.
