摘要
•The irradiation-induced swelling effect were significantly suppressed in HfNbTaTiZr refractory high-entropy alloy.•The nanoindentation hardness after the irradiation was almost unchanged.•The radiation damage range far exceeded the simulated results and the range of implanted species.
