Note: ARC inhibits osteoclastogenesis by suppressing RANKL-induced MAPK (including JNKs and ERKs), calcium, and NFATc1 signaling pathway, as well as by promoting the expression of ROS scavenging enzymes in Nrf2/Keap1/ARE signaling pathway.
