GPU Sparse Matrix Multiplication

GPU-assisted sparse matrix operations have been well-known for a long time. In this report, we discuss the approaches of many of the well-known algorithms and perform experiments to benchmark and compare their performances on randomly generated matrices as well as matrices from matrix datasets.
