摘要
AJR:194, May 2010 phy in delineating the origin and proximal path of anomalous coronary arteries [4–6]. Calcification of the coronary arterial wall is an established marker of coronary atherosclerosis, and calcium scoring using MDCT (i.e., coronary artery calcium scanning) has been the method with highest sensitivity for the detection of coronary atherosclerosis [7– 9]. Currently, coronary artery calcium scanning is used only for the calculation of calcium scores using semiautomatic software, and findings on coronary artery calcium scanning are expressed as a calcium score. Because coronary artery calcium scanning is performed without contrast material, it cannot show stenosis of the coronary arterial lumen. The ECG-synchronized technique, either prospective ECG triggered or retrospective ECG gated [10], has afforded the ability to visualize the origin and courses of the major coronary arteries on coronary artery calcium scans. However, there have Coronary Artery Anomalies: Detection on Coronary Artery Calcium Scoring Scan
