Materials. Molybdenum oxide (MoO3) powder (product number 011837) with the representative lateral size was purchased from Alfa Aesar. Molybdenum (Mo) powder (product number 51014760) was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (China). Ethanol in analytical grade used in all experiments was purchased from Sinopharm Chemical Reagent Co., Ltd. (China). Deionized water was prepared with double-distilled water. All of the reagents mentioned above were used without further purification.
