Design of Crimping On-line Detection System for Wet Coating of Synthetic Leather

摘要
Aiming at the cloth edge crimping defects in synthetic leather wet coating line and the shortcomings of the existing manual monitoring methods, this paper develops a crimping on-line detection system based on machine vision for manufacturing enterprises. The system adopts modern advanced control technology, computer technology and sensing technology, and collects the image of the detected object through the imaging acquisition module composed of industrial camera, industrial lens and light source in the way of light, machine, electricity and software. Image processing software based on Windows operating system is developed, and the images are processed and displayed to realize the real-time detection of the crimping defects of the wet coating line. The application of the system will enable synthetic leather manufacturers to further improve production efficiency and product quality.
