An 18-month single-center observational study of real-world use of andexanet alfa in patients with factor Xa inhibitor associated intracranial hemorrhage.

•Practical evidence lacks for andexanet alfa for reversal of FXa inhibitor associated intracranial hemorrhage (ICH).•The rate of hemostatic efficacy for andexanet alfa in real-world FXa inhibitor associated ICH is unknown.•Results of our study determined that hemostatic efficacy of andexanet alfa in a real-life cohort of 39 patients treated for ICH was 82.9 %.•Study findings are consistent with ANEXXA-4 ICH subgroup results.
