Changes in symptom scores as a potential clinical endpoint for studies of cystic fibrosis pulmonary exacerbation treatment
Journal of Cystic Fibrosis(2021)
摘要
•The STOP-OB study collected respiratory symptom changes with exacerbation treatment.•Symptoms were collected by Chronic Respiratory Infection Symptom Score (CRISS).•>90% of subjects had a minimal clinically important CRISS change (11) by day 14.•Younger age and higher CRISS baselines were associated with greater CRISS response.•CRISS has good dynamic range and may be a useful endpoint in exacerbation studies.
