摘要
Of the 2754 initial pool of patients, 1981 patients were eligible to be included in our study. After 1:1 matching based on propensity scores, 2 cohorts of 665 patients each were produced. The outcomes measured were 30- and 90-day mortality rate, complications, overall survival (OS) and disease-free survival (DFS). There was a significant advantage of the sleeve lobectomy (SL) group compared with the pneumonectomy (PN) group regarding the 90-day mortality, 5-year OS, and 5-year DFS. NSCLC, Non–small cell lung cancer; HR, hazard ratio.
