摘要

•The in house ZIKV IgM ELISA adapted here presented better performance than the commercial kit tested.•The in house DENV IgM ELISA was as sensitive as the commercial test analyzed, but considerably more specific.•In house YFV IgM ELISA was reliable and useful for the laboratorial diagnosis, especially in flavivirus endemic settings.
