摘要

•EBI treatment improved the enzymatic hydrolysis yield of rice bran fiber (RBF).•The structural changes of each fraction isolated from RBF were investigated.•The content of cellulose significantly increased as irradiation dose increased.•The crystallinity of cellulose was decreased by irradiation.•Irradiation decreased the thermal stability of cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin.
