Journal of Food Composition and Analysis(2020)
摘要
•Baby food samples (puree, drink and petit Suisse): source of aluminium contaminant.•Possibility of determine Al concentration through an in vitro approach system.•The highest total Al content was found in handmade purees and petit Suisse samples.•Bioaccessibility levels reached up to 48 % depending on sample composition.•3 daily portions of soy-based drinks per week exceeded the Al TWI of 1 mg kg−1 bw.
